Host friendly, food tastes good!

We were eating at Josef's in transit. We had roast pork with dumplings and gypsy schnitzel with french fries. Both were very tasty. Got into conversation with Josef, especially on the subject of wine. He gave us a lot of his knowledge as a wine sommelier. It was a very beautiful evening. We can highly recommend the restaurant and would love to come back.

Super delicious food !! Very nice and attentive boss! Bavarian - Bohemian cuisine. Really highly recommended. Were there several times and would come back at any time. Finally, on the chef's recommendation, a delicious fruit schnapps that you rarely get.

We liked very good food. A very good rose was also on offer here. We will be back.

Had an unfortunate start as soon as we settled down in the cozy garden. Was stung by a wasp, which unfortunately often happens in August for me as an allergy sufferer, but unfortunately not without it. But thanks to the care of the host with advice and action, we were still able to enjoy an excellent meal. The hygiene measures are also fully implemented in this house. Will definitely come back to this house with the excellent and friendly service

Not to be recommended at all! Since we were on the way to Croatia we wanted to sleep a few hours. Unfortunately, this was not possible at all because the owner was grilling directly in front of the motorhome and the children and adults made such a noise. If only we had been informed beforehand, we would have gone somewhere else. I just find such behavior impossible.

Here you have to weigh exactly what you want. The property achieves its purpose at an affordable price. The decor is very minimal and the breakfast is simple but good. The warmth of the owners and their knowledge and helpfulness are priceless. I would describe it as very cozy. Since you are traveling most of the time anyway, the rest does not weigh so much. The economy is leased and could be better. The Kirchenwirt up in the village is not a better hotel either. The pizzeria in town is very good for that. We would come back.
